We make most of our own novelties, so therefore, we carry most of the <a href="supplies.htm"> supplies</a> necessary for shell crafting. If you need guidance and materials for a project we are always willing to help. </b></font></p> <p><font size="4" color="#800000"><b>We have divided the pages to make it easier to download. The price list under each picture corresponds with the numbers in the picture. We try to carry all the shells at all times. However prices can change and such change will be reflected on your invoice.</font></font></p> <p><font color="#800000"><b><font size="4">Volume Discounts: </font> </b><font size="4">Prepaid orders over $200.00 will receive a 15% discount. Prepaid orders over $50.00 will receive a 5% discount. You must prepay for discount to apply. Please include payment with order. </font></font></p> <p><font color="#800000"><b><font size="4">First Orders: </font> </b><font size="4">All customers ordering for the first time and not paying with order will be sent an invoice detailing merchandise and shipping charges. When payment is received, merchandise will be shipped. You may request total cost by e-mail, but remember to supply an e-mail address.</font></font></p> <p><font color="#800000"><b><font size="4">Minimum: </font> </b><font size="4">We do not have a minimum amount you must order but please remember that you are paying for the shipping by weight not by total cost. This may affect the net cost of the item if the shipping is more than the order.</font></font></p> <p><font color="#800000"><b><a name="Shipping Policy"><font size="4">Shipping Policy</font></a><font size="4">: </font> </b><font size="4">All shipments will be carefully inspected and packed before leaving our store. They will be shipped by the best and least expensive carrier possible (UPS, USPS, etc). Our shipping rates are very fair if you do have questions about our rates please put them with your order including merchandise ordered and shipping address. If we ship your order through the post office we will charge you the rate that the post office charges us. (1 lb = 3.50, 2 lbs = 3.95, 5 lbs = 6.45). If your order is over 5 lbs we usually use UPS and will charge you 1.50 for the pickup fee + the discounted rate that we receive from UPS for your shipping. You may specify to be notified by e-mail prior to the packages departure to verify the total of the order. To expedite shipping please include a legible e-mail address. Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at the time of pickup. <u>Please unpack carefully. Keep original packing if there is damage. Report any damages to the carrier immediately. It is your responsibility to file claim for damaged merchandise.
